Ability to select multiple fields at once in Box Sign

We released additional enhancements to the keyboard shortcuts capabilities within the document preparation experience in Box Sign.

Senders can now leverage additional keyboard commands and shortcuts, as well as mouse commands, while editing fields in the document preparation stage when creating, revising, and sending a signature request or template. This is a follow-up to what we released in March 2023 (Ability to leverage keyboard shortcuts in the document preparation experience in Box Sign), however, we added additional keyboard and mouse commands and shortcuts.

The following shortcuts have been added for senders:

• Multi-select/highlight fields on the document
  • Keyboard: Hold Shift/Command + left click
  • Mouse: Left-click to drag and highlight multiple fields

Once multiple fields have been selected, users can:

• Leverage keyboard shortcuts and commands, including:
  • Cut
  • Copy
  • Paste
  • Duplicate
  • Delete
• Drag and drop the selected fields at once with a mouse
• Re-assign the selected fields at once to a different recipient within the signature request or template
