It happens! You are registering for your Box account and accidentally misspell your email address which results in you never being able to click that verification link AND potentially charged on your credit card.
Not to worry! If this happens, please email cancel@box.com from your CORRECT email address and let them know the incorrect email used to create your account.
Our team will then cancel the incorrect account and issue a full refund back on your credit card (if you got charged), and have you re-register for a new Box account via box.com/pricing.
Please understand that for security reasons, we are unable to manually change your email to the correct one. You would just need to re-register.
