We released additional enhancements to the keyboard shortcut capabilities within the document preparation experience in Box Sign.
Senders can now leverage additional commands and shortcuts while editing fields in the document preparation stage when creating, revising, and sending a signature request or template. This is a follow-up to what we released in March 2023 (Ability to leverage keyboard shortcuts in the document preparation experience in Box Sign), however, we added additional mouse commands and shortcuts.
The following capabilities are now available for senders:
- The introduction of a right-click context menu
- Senders can right click on a single field or group of selected fields to enable a context menu that provides the following actions for fields:
- Cut
- Copy
- Duplicate
- Delete
- Senders can right click on a single field or group of selected fields to enable a context menu that provides the following actions for fields:
- The introduction of a shortcuts information menu
- Senders can access an information menu on the right hand side of the document preparation experience that provides a list of all available shortcuts
