Overview of Problem
When trying to access Box via a Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.) iOS app, users may receive the following error message: "Account limit reached. To sign in with the account you're trying to use, remove one of the accounts that your device uses to access this service".

Process for Resolution
- Go to iPad Settings.
- In Settings, tap to select the app name (e.g. Excel for iPad or Word for iPad).
- Under RESET, tap Reset <app name>.
- Slide to enable Delete Login Credentials.
- Restart the app.
Outcome
You should now be able to access Box via the Microsoft Office app without encountering the error message.
