Issue

In the Box Shield access policy, the Allow User Justifications setting is enabled.

However, when attempting to share content with external collaboration restrictions by selecting User Justifications, the following error message appears: “There was a problem while completing your request. Please try again.”

Root Cause

The User Justifications option does not support secondary email addresses. Specifying a secondary email address as the sharing destination results in an error occurrence.

Resolution

When using the User Justifications option, always use a primary email address.
