The Content Manager enables Admins to send a file owned by the organization's managed users to trash.
To trash a file:
- Go to Admin Console > Content.
- Click the Content Manager tab.
- Click Users.
- Select the Expand control next to a user's name.
- Navigate the folder structure of the folders that the user owns or has access to under the user's name, or navigate the folders and view the files in the folders in the file list on the right.
- Hover on the file and select Trash(
), or select a file or folder on the list and select Trash(
) on the top action bar.
