Box administrators will soon be able to manage Hubs settings centrally from the Admin Console, making it easier to manage their enterprise from one central location. Admins will be able to set default configurations and restrict co-owner access to key options such as external collaboration and shared link permissions. Co-owners who have specific settings locked will see clear indicators of these restrictions. Admins and authorized co-admins can still adjust locked settings for individual Hubs as needed from the Hubs dashboard in the Admin console. While these default settings will apply to new Hubs created once the setting is saved, restrictions on co-owner modifications affect all Hubs, current or new, once the setting is saved.
