We introduced multi-page apps in Box Apps, providing a new way to build richer, more organized app experiences in Box. Rather than relying on long scrolling pages or separate linked apps, users can create multiple pages within a single app, helping teams manage related workflows more clearly and efficiently.
With multi-page apps, app builders can create a single app with multiple pages, making it easier to support complex business processes without forcing users into long, cluttered scrolling experiences or separate apps stitched together with hyperlinks. This accelerates productivity by giving teams a more intuitive way to support different users, workflows, and stages of work within a single app experience.
You can also share specific pages to Box users so they only see the pages they care about leading to a more streamlined, and secure, experience. To share specific pages go to an App, click 'Share', change the setting to 'Invite as Viewer' and change 'Can access all pages' to the specific pages they need to access.
Similar to the way organizations and teams use tabs, sheets, or pages in other productivity tools, multi-page apps brings a familiar model to Box Apps without cramming everything into one long view, enabling users to build and group related workflows into distinct pages inside one app.
