Hub Insights gives hub owners and co-owners a view of how their hub is being used, right from the hub itself. Use it to see whether a hub is reaching its audience, who is engaging with it, and when it may need a refresh. To open it, select More Options (⋯) in the hub header, then choose Hub Insights.
- Hub Activity Summary shows hub views and edits for the last 30, 60, or 90 days, or over a custom date range within the past year.
- Collaborators shows how many people and groups the hub is shared with, split between internal and external collaborators.
- Activity Feed lists who viewed or edited the hub and when, including views from people who open the hub through a shared link without signing in to Box.
Hub Insights is available in the Box web app and requires no admin configuration. Additional metrics are planned for future releases.
