Unable to Connect to BoxSync and BoxDrive

    I understand that you are having issue connecting to Box via Box Sync and Box Drive.

    First off, it looks like you have both Box Drive and Box Sync installed on the same computer and Box does not actually support running these two simultaneously as there are known issues with having both Box Sync and Box Drive installed on a single machine. We strongly recommend to use Box Drive as its more user friendly and uninstall Box Sync.

    Once you have uninstalled Box Sync, please restart your computer and see if you can finally login to Box Drive with no issue.
