How to fix the SSO error?
AnsweredI have previously tried to set up SSO integration with OneLogin on my Box Developer account, and for reasons unknown, I got the attached error on the Box side. I would like to contact support, but my Developer license does not give me the right to do so, so I am at a loss.
Do you have any good ideas?

I understand that you encountered an erro when trying to setup SSO on your developer account. Please be advised that SSO is not supported for developer accounts. Only Box Business/ Enterprise accounts that are not in trial stage.
