No way to get back to another account.
This is the thing: I have a different account with you which I use for other files right.
Ok. By accident I clicked on 'forgot password' right. But the email that the
server sends never gets to [personal information–redacted]
Because of this, I can't access the BOX account associated to that email and
I have some content I need because I trust you so much, that I don't keep
many files in the computers at work, so that I can work comfortably whether
I am at work or at home. If possible, send the new password to [personal information–redacted]
Thanks for your help. I haven't gotten through with other support means.

I'm sure you're an honest guy and is really is your account, but support can't go reseting passwords and sending them to random people based on their word, if they did they would be out of business. I suggest trying to remember the old password, and take it as a lesson learned to keep emails up to date for important systems.
