Apostrophe in an email address
Hello,
We have a collaborator who has an apostrophe in their email - their last name is o'neill. However box is not letting her have access because of the apostrophe in her email.
Is there anything I can do without her using/creating another email address?

To clarify, does the collaborator already have an Account registered to Box with his email that has an apostrophe? If they do not have an account yet to Box, can you have them try to create an account on this page and see if they can sign up using this email: https://www.box.com/pricing/individual
If they are unable to create an account still, can you have the affected user open an official support case at support.box.com with the description of the issue and other relevant information so that our support can look and provide their insight.
