Charged After Cancellation
I have now been charged twice for an account that was cancelled within the hour of signing up... as it was completely useless to me.
Taking it up with my credit card company.

I have the same issue just now. I signed up to see the Onboarding Workflow of Box.com for a research product on product-led onboarding, cancelled immediately and now got charged £518. I requested an immediate refund from the billing team. It's not fair, especially when the cancellation process seems to have issued a lot:
