We released additional enhancements to the keyboard shortcut capabilities within the document preparation experience in Box Sign.
Senders can now leverage additional keyboard commands and shortcuts while editing fields in the document preparation stage when creating, revising, and sending a signature request or template. This is a follow-up to what we released in March 2023 (Ability to leverage keyboard shortcuts in the document preparation experience in Box Sign), however, we added additional keyboard commands and shortcuts.
The following keyboard shortcuts are now available for senders:
- Undo
- Ctrl/Command + Z
- Redo
- Ctrl/Command + Y
- Ctrl/Command + Shift + Z
The following properties are supported by the ‘Undo/Redo’ keyboard shortcut:
- Adding and removing fields
- Moving fields and field positioning
- Field resizing
- Updating fields and field settings, including:
- ‘Input Formatting’
- ‘Field Title’
- ‘Assign To’ recipient
- ‘Required Field’
