API [Authentication] - 「The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overloading of the server (サーバーは、一時的な過負荷状態により、現在リクエストを処理できません)」

サーバー認証 (JWT、クライアント資格情報許可、アプリトークン) を使用してカスタムアプリケーション用のエンタープライズ/アプリケーショントークンを取得しようとすると、次のエラーメッセージが返されます。

Status: 429 Too Many Requests

根本原因

上記のエラーは、企業のプライマリ管理者によるAPIコールが1分間に約1000回を超えた場合に発生する可能性があります (詳細はこちら)。 プライマリ管理者がレート制限に達した場合、同じ企業のサービスアカウントでは、トークンのリクエスト時にこのエラーが発生することがあります。

解決方法

retry-afterヘッダーで指定した時間が経過するのを待ってから、リクエストを再試行してください。
