When non-collaborators try to download files via the ellipses menu of shared links they may receive a download error.
Thank you for your patience while we work on a longer term fix. The workaround in place for downloading this content by utilizing the Preview screen. You can do this by clicking on the content’s title name and opening the content in Preview and then clicking the download button from there in the display. By using Preview to download rather than the standard ellipses menu (the little dots) should allow for content downloads.
