The launch of iOS 11 has introduced a bug that causes issues with Box's streaming and HD video offering (HD introduced in Box 4.1.0). We are working to quickly directly with Apple resolve the issue, but it will not be fixed in the public release of iOS 11. Below, find the current support matrix for Streaming Video:

Customers attempting to preview large video files in the Box app will need to download them for a quality playback experience. This can be done by either marking the file for offline or opening it in a third-party app.
