We’re adding a new way for admins to find and onboard freemium, unmanaged users who use your verified domains, but do not have access to your Enterprise’s content. In the Admin Console’s External Users tab, you are able to see unmanaged user’s name, email, and invite status, as well as roll them into the automated flow.
Please note that Uncollaborated unmanaged users are only available for customers who have verified their domains via dns check or had their domains added by Product Support.
