Admins can now set a file’s maximum version count anywhere from 1 to 100,000. Unlimited remains available on plans that include it.
The expanded range gives admins more precise control over versioning, so they can align limits with their policies and compliance requirements. Version-limit options continue to depend on your plan. There are no other changes to versioning behavior.
