To support our customers continued growing adoption of AI within their organizations, Box is launching the AI Insights Dashboard, a new dashboard within the Admin Console that gives Box admins an up-to-date, comprehensive view of AI consumption across their organization. This dashboard aims to provide the actionable intelligence on how many AI Units are being consumed, how they’re being used, and who is using them, to enable better and more data-driven budgeting decisions around AI usage.
AI brings tremendous productivity and efficiency gains when used appropriately, but like any other tool it works best when applied with clear, informed planning. Identifying high-usage individuals or Agents and either empowering them or reigning them in, finding opportunities and gaps in usage, and creating data-driven projections to effectively manage costs are all essential to fully adopting AI within your organization in an effective way. The new AI Insights Dashboard provides the information admins need to accomplish all of these goals, including:
