We’re making updates to Box Reporting to give users more control over where completed report files are saved. With this update, end users can choose a custom upload folder, making reporting more flexible across organizations. For customers with closed folder structures, this change allows users other than the primary Box Admin to run report jobs and save outputs to approved folders they collaborate on with an Admin. This reduces Admin bottlenecks while maintaining existing security controls.
This update will only be available to end-user reports, with plans to expand to Admin reports in the future.
