Box Hubs will soon include a gallery of ready-made templates that show what a finished hub can look like for common use cases, such as an HR portal, an IT service desk, a legal team hub, or an M&A deal room. Each template comes with its pages, layout, banner, and text already in place, so you start from a working structure instead of a blank page.
- In the Hubs gallery, select New Hub, then choose Create from Template.
- Open any template to preview its pages and layout.
- Select "Use this Template". Box creates an unpublished copy that only you can see until you publish it.
Before publishing, replace the sample text and images with your own, and add your own files and folders. Files and folders shown in a template are samples for demonstration only and are not copied into your hub.
Templates are available to anyone who can create hubs in the Box web app, and require no additional admin configuration.
