No items, yet using 10.0 GB
AnsweredI've experienced the known issue of inaccurate storage count. Even after completely emptying my Box of all files, it still shows 10.0GB / 10.0GB used.
I read that there is a script that Support can run to fix this issue. Please, can this be done for my account? https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect
