Existing Box User
I have someone requesting access to box, now I am trying to create an account for him but he has already used his work mail address once to create an account himself. Anyone have an idea what to do with that?
He did delete that account already but probably that's not completely gone?
I get the following when I try to make him an account in the admin portal.
