Company has unlimited storage, but I am getting storage limit messages
AnsweredI work for a vendor of a large company. They have a contract for unlimited storage. Every time I upload, I get a message saying my storage is almost full. No one else in my company has this issue. I am logging in correctly, my email is shown as editor in the folders to which I upload, yet Box is treating me as someone with no affiliation. I've tried to solve the issue on my end, to no avail.

Rona we are having the same issues, and now our collaborators that are editors of our box are having the same issues, we have unlimited space and keep getting notice that storage is full.
