External Collaborators Unable to Upload

Hello,

 

I have worked through our university's technology help staff and they have not been able to find anything wrong. We have some external collaborators working on a project who are not part of a univerisity system. When we first shared the box folder for the project they were able to both see what's in the folder and upload to it. After a few weeks, they were not able to upload. They have editor level priveleges and I have tried resharing the folder with them, but they continue to report the problem. The message they get is a upload failed message. Thank you for any advice you can provide.
