GxP - Failed Tests?
CompletedHello,
I cannot find any support documentation on the topic of Failed Tests within the GxP Insights page. The Test Failures listed are a bit vague.
- Is this on Box's end, or customer's end?
- How do we know the severity?
- What should we do with the Ticket ID?
Could someone give me some recommendations on handling Failed Tests besides just collecting/logging the automated reports.
Maybe I was expecting more guidance or insights considering the cost of this add-on but hopefully someone can help clear it up for me.
