Some of my files in Box seems to be corrupted. When I try to open them, the following message appears:
"Sorry, there's been a problem with the contents of this note. Please contact Box Customer Success."
I have searched the forum and it seems there is no good solution for it. Is there anybody who can help me? I do apprecite for any feedback for it. Thanks.

Can you try to clear your browser cache and disable any add-ins or extensions, then login to Box, and try accessing the affected Box Notes again?
Does this happen to any browser you use to open Box Notes? Are you the owner of the Box Notes or are you a collaborator?
