    Is there even a "Product support" team?  I can't seem to find answers or help, and it appears I am not the only one. Very disappointed.

    keep getting the "oops! we can't seem to find the page..." msg. Please someone HELP!!!  These are very important wedding photos. been trying to rectify this for well over a month and a half.

    I am having the same problem!! Both emails match and I can not open the folder. Same msg.."Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for" This is kind of ridiculous..
