We have released the ability for signers to add files to a signature request via a file attachment field that senders can drag and drop within a signature request or document template. This new field allows senders to request additional documentation from signers.
With the signer attachment field, signers can now upload multiple files per attachment field. Once completed, all attached files and base documents are added to the final, completed signature request and designated destination folder within the sender’s Box account as separate PDFs. Both senders and signers have the ability to download all files individually or as a ZIP file.
The signer attachment field is available to customers on Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans.
