We are introducing a new experience for external user management in the Admin Console. Admins will be able toggle between the new and current experiences via the “Try new” toggle.
The new experience will allow admins to test and view the following features:
- Unmanaged users list in the External Users tab that will allow Admins to see all of their unmanaged users in one place
- Bulk delete of external and unmanaged users
- Last active date (this is last interaction of external user with organization’s content)
- Date of the first invitation to collaborate on the organization’s content
- The user who invited an external user to collaborate on an organization’s content
- Status of the invite to join enterprise
Please be aware that this release does not provide the full scope of capabilities in the current external users tab experience. We will continue to make improvements to the new experience, including external users search.
