When searching for collaborators in the Box folder via More Options > More Actions > Manage Collaborators, sometimes you cannot find the expected users as collaborators.

Root Cause

The folder's collaborator search function can display a maximum of 25 collaborators.

Resolution

Search using the email addresses or other attributes of target users to keep the search results under 25 collaborators.
