If granted access to view and/or edit your organization's automations, you can access them by clicking into the Automations tab in the Admin Console. On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the full list of Automations ordered by date created.
If your organization is a heavy user of Box Automations, you may not be able to view and access all of your automations. There is currently a 1,000 item limit on the page. If your organization has greater than 1,000 automations, you will not be able to access the newest ones. However, the newest automations will still be running.
The current workaround is to delete any automations you do not need until you are able to access the new automations.
