If you are a co-admin and you are not able to access all features of the Box Admin Console, you may need to reach out to the Primary Admin account to request higher access permissions. Admins are able to set granular permissions for what co-admins can access, which allows a high level of flexibility among the Admin team. Here are the permissions that are available:
If you see a permission that you require but do not currently have on the above list, please reach out to your Primary Admin. Only the Primary Admin can change Co-Admin permissions. Locate the contact information for your primary address in your Account Settings > Account Details.
