You may delete your Personal Individual account, but you cannot cancel it:
Personal Individual (Free)
1. Sign into your Box.com account
2. Visit https://app.box.com/account
3. Here, click 'Permanently Delete Your Account'
4. Confirm deletion by clicking 'okay' to complete the process.
*please note that the deletion is not an immediate action.
Personal Pro
1. Sign into your Box.com account
2. Visit https://app.box.com/account
3. Under the Account Details, click 'Cancel Account'
4. Complete survey and click 'Continue'
5. Confirm cancellation by clicking 'Permanently Cancel My Account'
- Please note the account will cancel at the end of the service term
Starter, Business, Business Plus, Enterprise
1. Sign into your Box.com account
2. Visit https://app.box.com/master/settings/accountBilling
3. Under Billing Information, click 'Cancel Account'

4. Complete survey and click 'Cancel My Account'
5. Confirm cancellation and click 'Permanently Cancel My Account'
