Users with Editor permission level in a folder are unable to view Access Stats for files in that folder. Where Access Stats typically appear, there will be a blank space:
- Navigate to the folder's Folder Settings.
- Under Collaboration > Invitation Restrictions, check to see if the "Hide collaborators" box is checked. If it is, Editors will be unable to view Access Stats.
- You can uncheck the "Hide collaborators" box if you want Editors to be able to view Access Stats. Otherwise, you will have to change their collaboration permission level to Co-owner.
If this box is checked, collaborators with the access level of Editor or below will not be able to see the list of users collaborating in this folder. It therefore also affects Editors' ability to view Access Stats because Access Stats will display collaborator names. Owners and Co-Owners will still be able to see the full list.
