Enhancements to the 'Details' column in the User Activity Report

We added a new event to the 'Details' column in the User Activity Report corresponding to the following 'Edited User' actions:
  1. Edited restrict external collaboration setting
  2. Status change from active to inactive 
  3. Status change from inactive to active
