accepted your invitation email
When we share a folder with an external user, we directly get a email notification that the person accepted the invatation to the folder, even if he/ she did not even see or opened the email let alone accepted the invitation.
When the person accpeted the request, we get the same email notification again.

Check Email and Account Make sure the email where the collaboration invite was sent is the same email you’re using to log in to your Box account. Log in to your Box account first and then try accepting the invite again.
Pending Invitations In your Box account, navigate to the left menu and click on All Files. Look for any pending invitations under the ACTION REQUIRED section. Hover over the name of a file or folder to see details about the invitation.
To accept the invitation and gain access to the content, click Accept.
