50GB storage account full?
Hi!
I have been a Box user for many years, I have a 50GB storage account, but I don't even reach 25GB and it already tells me that the storage is full. How can it be fixed?
Please, could you please run a script to resolve wrong storage issue for my account?

Welcome to the Box Community!I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".Best,
