Issue

In a workflow started in Box Relay, after locking a file and editing its contents, approving the edited file without unlocking it causes the workflow to stop.

Root Cause

If you approve a locked file, the lock takes precedence and disables other actions, such as moving the file.

Resolution

Before proceeding to the next action, unlock the triggering target file.

Note that once a workflow stops, you can no longer resume it even if you unlock it.
