MFA Reset Issue
AnsweredHello, one of the users has a new cell phone and cannot access the box due to him not having access to his old phone number. I have checked other troubleshooting posts and each says for the user experiencing the issue needs to open a ticket but as he cannot log on (due to the MFA issue) he cannot create a ticket.
Please help.
