Client unable to reset password - can I send to a different email address?
CompletedI have shared a copy of a link to a folder for a client to be able to upload documents to us but they are not able to log in. He has tried resetting his password but claims he is not getting the reset password email. I told him to check his junk email and add the various sub-domains to his 'safe senders' list but he is not receiving it still (or unable to find it).
If I share the link and email it to a different email address he uses, would this prompt him to create a new username and password to access the folder or would he still be routed to reset his password for his previous user name?
