Box sync missing files on synced computers
We are using one Box account with Box Sync to synchronize folders and files between 3 Windows server 2012 R2 computers and the web.
All of Box Sync installation show Synced status, but when we right-click and select "properties" of the Box Sync folder, each computer shows different amount of files: 13597, 12743, 14160 on the computers and 29950 on the web.
We have switched off synchronization on the Web UI then re-enabled it. We have reinstalled Box Sync on these computers, but we always have missing files on the computers.
Box Sync version: 4.0.8057
Please let us know how to resolve this issue.
