    I understand that you've encountered an issue while trying to access Box Drive and your files in it, I'm happy to help!
     
    Can you check if Box Drive installed and running? Please launch the Task manager on your windows computer and see if "Box" is on the list of running applications. If it's not, please try to launch the app manually by typing "Box" or "Box Drive" in the search field of your desktop and then double click the app. It may prompt you to login, you just need to login with your Box credentials and then check if you can access your Box Drive or these files again.
