Set up Dropbox for Business as the source system 

1. Provide a unique name for the job.
2. Select Dropbox.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect Dropbox for Business
   1. Log in with your admin credentials.
   2. Authorize Box Shuttle to access your data.

Box Shuttle does not support migrating from Personal Dropbox accounts, only from Business accounts.

Migrating Google Docs files from Dropbox to Box

Box Shuttle exports and converts Google Docs in Dropbox as Office files during migration. 

• Complete all Google Doc edits and allow ample time for saving before any transfers. 
• Avoid editing documents during any active transfers. 
• Documents going through the save process may result in additional files on the target with (Conflicted Copy) in the file name.
