Security options in Box Sign: SMS-based 2-factor authentication for signers and password protection for documents

We have released additional security options in Box Sign

  • Signer verification via SMS - This enables senders to configure SMS-based 2-factor authentication on a per-signer basis for documents sent out for signature.
  • Password-protection for documents - This enables senders to protect access to the document sent out for signature.

These capabilities are now available to all customers on Business plans and above.
