Email Notifications Section
This section defines the default notification settings for managed users within your organization. Users will be able to change from default settings from their Account Settings page.

When enabled, these notifications will trigger when any of these events happen for any content in a user's owned or collaborated folder.

- Enabled - Means that email notifications are disabled, and no content-based email notifications are sent to any user, regardless of administrator or user settings.

This section allows you to test the email service provider partner that Box uses to deliver email notifications.

- Click Send Email to confirm that email notifications can be successfully delivered to your organization. The email will be sent to the primary Admin email address.
Email Settings Section
This section contains controls for whether or not notifications are sent for specific events.

Primary Admins can use Silent Mode to provision new accounts, create Groups, and change Group access settings. Silent Mode acts as a holding pen, not a mute button. This means any notifications that have been queued up with Silent Mode enabled will be released to users' inboxes once Silent Mode is turned off. See Using Silent Mode to Suppress User Notifications for more details. Select from:
- Enabled - Suppresses user notifications that would be sent to users as a result of actions taken by the primary Admin.
- Disabled (default) - Allows normal user notifications that would be sent to users as a result of actions taken by the primary Admin. If switched to Disabled from Enabled, releases and sends all notifications that were suppressed during the time that the setting was set to Enabled.
