    Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. 

    As always, don't hesitate to contact our team if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as indicated and we'd love to further assist.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for the solution. I had been occupying that space for days when I had actually already deleted all the files, including the one in the trash.

    He wanted to renew all that space to upload new files.

    The BOX team has done a great job and the support couldn't be better. If I had an assessment I would give you a 10 both for the brief answer, how in its explanation so simple how the quick solution to the problem, do not doubt that I would recommend BOX to my people, to my friends for the good acceptance of my problem.

    I wish you a happy day and I hope that any problem I have I will report and I hope you help me how on this occasion.
