    Hi Lynn, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Box Admins may run a "User Activity Report" for a Folder by following the steps below:

    1. Go to Admin Console > Reports > Create Report , then choose "User Activity"
    2. Leave the Users or Groups field blank > then input the Start Date and End date of the activities you would like to track 
    3. Click the "Select" button under the Affected Folders and Files option 
    4. Enter the email address of the owner of the folder on Filter by users field and search of folder
    5. On Action Types click "File Management" and then choose your desired parameters for the report 
    6. Finally, hit the "Run" button on the upper-right side of the reporting page and wait for the report to be completed in your Box Reports folder
